Refund and Returns Policy


Returns, Exchanges and Replacements

There is no charge for the return, exchange or replacement of items if they are damaged or faulty on receipt. 

If you change your mind or the product is unsuitable you can still return or exchange your items but there will be a collection charge. Also if you exchange your items and there is a price difference then this will need to be paid.



Any refunds will be given by the same method which the payment was made by.


Product Colours & Finishes

We use high resolution pictures to show the colours of our furniture as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee  complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown.

Faulty Goods

We try our utmost to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition however  

if there is a problem please call 01432354646 or 01452 524545. 

You have 30 days from the date of your delivery to report any missing or damaged items. We will ask you to email including pictures of the missing or damaged items.

Please do not attempt to fix any problems yourselves as this will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.


Damaged Goods

Customers returning furniture that has been damaged or used whilst in their procession may be charged for the reduction in value unless the items are damaged.


 Bespoke Products

Products made or altered specially for you cannot be refused, refunded or refunded unless they are defective or damaged during transit.


Furniture that requires Self Assembly

Some of our furniture requires self assembly, please check all the components are in the packaging as per the instructions, before assembling the furniture.

Assembly of furniture is the sole responsibility of the customer. Import Furniture Depot accept no responsibility for damage to any parts by a third party.


If you have used our Packaging Removal or Assembly  service, please check your items thoroughly before the driver leaves, If there is a problem the driver will repack and remove the item. If you find a fault after the driver has left then please call 01432 354646 or 01452 524545 we will then ask you to email us some photographs to



It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all goods are suitably packaged and in the same condition as they arrived ready for collection. If you fail to take care of the goods before they are returned to us and this causes damage or deterioration of the products before they are returned to us then a charge will be made for the reduction in value.


Collections will be arranged within 30 days of notification . Please be aware collections are an all day service and we do not advise the customer of a specific delivery times in advance
